The Hospice Fundraiser Gospel Jubilee started in 2006. People come from all over central Florida to enjoy some of the best Gospel Music in the South. We hold the event at The First United Methodist Church in Tavares, Florida. We appreciate the Pastor and his congregation so much for allowing us to use their beautiful facility. We are so greatful for all the artist that come and donate their time and talent for this worthy cause. No one gets paid. All funds raised go to Hospice. We take up a love offering during the service. I have a Hospice representative at each event and after the funds are counted I have him or her come up on the stage, I announce the total to the audience and then turn it over to him or her. All funds raised at an event like this go directly to patient care. We have had guest artist such as: *Hope Street from Ormond Beach *Royal City and The Boys from Winter Haven *Matthew Benidict from Eustis *One Heart from Deland *The Padgetts from Lakeland *The Floridians from Winter Garden *First Four Quartet from Dade City *The Story Brothers from Webster *The Weatherfords from Oklahoma *The Hospice Choir with members from all over Lake County
